Located at the McKay School Bike Town in East Boston, this three-hour drop-in event is for families and children ages 4-12 who want to learn to ride and practice their riding skills. A variety of different sized bikes and helmets will be provided, and staff will be present to lead on-bike games and teach bike riding skills and safe riding tips and techniques.

This all levels vinyasa class will encompass strengthening, balancing, and meditative postures while connecting breath to movement. Modifications for poses will be offered for more of a challenge or for more support throughout our 60 minute class. You'll feel stronger, steadier, and better equipped to dial down the noise of life, on and off your mat!

Meet at the top of Savin Hill to connect with your community and flow into your Saturday with an all levels Vinyasa class linking breath with movement while surrounded by the beauty of nature. Bring your mat or a towel, water and some sunscreen as we will hopefully be enjoying the sunshine! The path to the top of Savin Hill is located at corner of Caspian Way and Rockmere St.
