Mayor Michelle Wu will host a ribbon cutting celebrating the $12.7 million renovation of the BCYF Mattahunt Community Center in Mattapan. Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 11 a.m.

Join us for a free, hands-on workshop! We do all basic bike repair including: patch tires, align brakes, and adjust gears and shifters.

These events take place on Tuesdays from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. on April 23, May 21, and June 18.

If you are a school mental health or afterschool provider we want your expertise! Come join us at Artists For Humanity as we focus on supporting youth (ages 14-18) mental health.

You will hear summaries from the Youth and Parent/Caregivers Summits answering the question: "How do we bridge gaps and spark needed change for youth mental health, with a focus on the path from school, to afterschool to home?"

Then its your turn to answer the same question through interactive stations that invite you to roll up your sleeves!

There will be food and a live youth performance!

This event is wheelchair accessible and inclusive of all people including by race, ethnicity, religion, age, color, national origin, ancestry, housing status or homelessness, disability, immigration status, veteran status, sex, sexual orienta­tion, gender identity and expression.

Please join Boston Centers for Youth & Families, the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department, and the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services for a community meeting to discuss the construction process and progress for the design of the new community center in the North End. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 6pm at the BCYF Nazzaro Community Center at 30 North Bennet Street in the North End.
