This meeting is for all coastal neighborhoods including Charlestown, Dorchester, East Boston, South Boston, and Downtown/North End/Wharf District. THIS MEETING IS NOW IN-PERSON ONLY. A VIRTUAL OPTION WILL BE OFFERED 3/26/2026. This meeting will cover the same information as the VIRTUAL NEPA Scoping Meeting for General Public held on 3/26/2026.

 You can expect to:

  • Learn what the National Environmental Policy Act is
  • Learn how USACE is assessing environmental, cultural, and historical impacts of their projects
  • Learn when important information will be available in 2026 
  • Learn how to provide feedback in writing for this phase
