Do you want to learn or refresh basic skills, such as starting, stopping, and turning? Bikes and helmets provided. This class is open to all genders.

Gain on-bike confidence skills! This workshop will break into two groups. One will learn and practice hand signals and advanced bike handling, and the other will practice bike skills on off-street paths, bike lanes, and on low-stress shared streets. This class is open to all genders.

On Thursday, September 26, 2024 staff at the Beacon Hill Architectural Commission will hold a meet and greet to introduce residents and business owners to the day-to-day operations of the historic district.
On July 3, 2024, Governor Maura Healey approved Home Rule Petition H.4076, expanding the Historic Beacon Hill District's boundaries. Sponsored by State Representative Jay Livingstone, this petition was driven by Beacon Hill residents who sought to extend the district's northern boundary from 40 feet south of Cambridge Street to the curb. This adjustment allows the Commission to review any proposed changes to buildings on the south side of Cambridge Street.
We invite you to join us on September 26, 2024, either online or in person, for a discussion about the district's rules and regulations. While the focus will be on Cambridge Street, all Beacon Hill residents are encouraged to attend. The meeting will cover:
