On Wednesday, March 29, we will host a workshop to help small businesses engage their customers and grow their audiences through Instagram. The workshop will include tips on how to link Instagram and Facebook pages to spread your messages via sponsored ads on both platforms. You'll learn how to build an Instagram business account, and find out how to determine which posts get the most likes, comments, and shares.

The event is held in partnership with Upham's Corner Main Street, Fairmount Innovation Lab, Artmorpheous, and Creative Business Consulting Group. Lynn Switanowski and Creative Business Consulting Group have a long track record and successful retail industry experience to improve sales and marketing performance.

On Thursday, April 13, we'll host a workshop for restaurants, catering establishments, and food entrepreneurs on the ins-and-outs of financial management and planning. Attendees will learn accounting basics, financial planning tips, and how to plan for profit. The workshop is held in partnership with East Boston Main Streets and Julia Shanks Food Consulting.
