Helena Sandoval is the Senior Program Manager for the Case Management Training Program in the Bureau of Infectious Diseases at the Boston Public Health Commission. With a background in preventive medicine and epidemiology, Helena has over a decade of experience in public health, focusing on infectious disease management, chronic disease prevention, and health equity. She has worked extensively with diverse communities, creating data-driven strategies to address health disparities and improve access to care. Helena’s passion lies in bridging research and practice to support evidence-based interventions that meet community needs, especially for marginalized populations. Originally from Spain, Helena is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and is committed to fostering inclusive health services for Boston's communities.
