HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing which was held on May 21, 2026.

PHC 1.  On a petition by Washington 3458 LLC for the acceptance of a Pedestrian Easement adjacent to the following public ways in West Roxbury:

• Washington Street – on its southeasterly side at address no. 3458, southwest of Kenton Road;

• Kenton Road – on its southwesterly side southeast of Washington Street.
