    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($570,000.00) in the form of a grant for Climate Ready Boston, awarded by the Barr Foundation to be administered by the Environment Department. The grant will fund staff and consultant expenses for project planning and implementation.

  2. Docket #1520

    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend a Parkland Acquisitions and Renovations of Communities (PARC) Grant, awarded by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, Division of Conservation Services, in the amount not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00), to be administered by the Boston Parks and Recreation Department. The grant will fund Phase III of the renovation of Harambee Park in Dorchester.

  3. Docket #1588

    Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000.00) in the form of a grant for the Clean Vehicle Project, awarded by the MA Department of Energy Resources to be administered by Central Fleet Management. The grant will fund installation of hybrid fuel systems in existing City of Boston light duty vehicles.

    These matters were sponsored by Mayor Martin J. Walsh, and referred to the Committee on October 2 (Docket #1404), October 30 (Docket #1520), and November 20, 2019 (Docket #1588).
