HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing which was held on September 11, 2025.

PHC 1.  On a petition by NSTAR Electric Co. (d/b/a Eversource Energy) for a Grant of Location to install an electric transformer vault and associated infrastructure within Whitby Street (public way), East Boston, located at address no. 16 generally northwest of Ford Street.
