Ami Mehta
Ami is a design researcher passionate about creating generative and meaningful spaces for civic participation. With a knack for crafting playful experiences and visual storytelling, she has developed participatory design methods for public school districts across the US, Indigenous communities in the Dominican Republic, and nonprofit organizations in Kenya and India—countries she also calls home. Ami is currently pursuing her Master in Design Studies at Harvard, where she explores her love for bringing people together through ethnography, worldbuilding, and gameplay. In her free time, she’s ever-ready for her next adventure, always on the lookout for unseen whimsy or the unexpected.
