Racial Justice

Our Racial Justice initiatives aim to make sure all of us have access and support to thrive from childhood to retirement. We're focused on community impact, comprehensive policy advocacy, and Reparations.

The City of Boston and the Equity and Inclusion Cabinet are committed to eliminating racial disparities and the legacy of racism: a key determinant in the disparate life outcomes and indicators of success for residents of Boston’s Communities of Color. We lead efforts to help Boston achieve racial justice through integrating racial equity into every layer of operations in City government.
