Dialogue to Action (D2A) aims to gather some of the best leaders and free thinkers in Boston…tackling the issues of race in communities, to exercise healthy dialogue, to turn into rightful action.

Every year during the holidays, we aim to unite the community. We embrace every culture and heritage, finding a way to give back through gifts and celebration.

A musical debut in America’s oldest extant Black church, The African Meeting House, highlights the power of music during a time where enslaved people had to use songs as secret messages or cries of freedom to survive and emancipate themselves.

The Black Employee Network and the Equity and Inclusion Cabinet joined for a special Juneteenth flag raising event to celebrate the end of slavery and honor contributions of African Americans to our society.

The REAL training series provided foundational knowledge and skills that mobilized over 8,000 City of Boston employees to collectively advance racial equity.
