July 1, 2026
Event Date2026-07-01T18:30:00 - 2026-07-01T21:30:00

Ruckus! drops you into the heart of the debate and defiance that once filled this iconic space—where ordinary people set extraordinary change in motion. Be among the first to witness Boston’s most exciting new historic experience before it opens to the public on July 2nd. Step into the moment when voices rose, actions followed, and a little ruckus changed the course of history.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. The program kicks off at 7:30 PM and will run for approximately one hour. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the program starts to reserve your seat. Guests will enjoy food and drinks by Chef Dave’s, connect with fellow attendees, and celebrate America's 250th. To preserve the integrity of the experience, late entry will not be permitted once Ruckus! has started. Guests arriving after 8:00 PM will be admitted following the conclusion of the performance.

You can bring your own military issued fabric, though all materials for the workshop will be provided. Take home a handmade sheet of paper, created through this group process. Participants can attend one or both days. Drew will give an overview of the program, and then we'll sit down and make paper together!

COMBAT PAPER® transforms military uniforms into handmade paper. A uniform worn through military service carries with it stories and experiences that are in the woven threads. Creating paper and artwork from these fibers carries these same qualities. We have found that all of us are connected to the military. When these connections are discovered and shared it can open a deeper understanding between people and expand our collective beliefs about military service and war.

24 participants max, registration required. Non-registered visitors may observe the workshop.
