This session focuses on pricing strategies to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of proposal responses. Participants will learn practical strategies for developing stronger pricing approaches and responding using AI-assisted workflows to streamline proposal development while maintaining control, accuracy, and strategic oversight.

This is the second of two sessions in the Summer Contract Series for Small Businesses hosted by the Office of Small Business and facilitated by Province Consulting Group. Consultation hours will be available after the workshop for participants.

This session focuses on helping businesses develop stronger, more competitive proposal responses and overall contract readiness for public and commercial procurement opportunities. The workshop will include practical proposal development strategies, including how to assess and integrate the scope of work that businesses can immediately apply to real opportunities.
