Elijah Richards
Elijah Richards is the Resource Development Manager for the Mayor’s Office of Black Male Advancement (BMA), where he is responsible for providing resources for Black men and boys in the City of Boston.
A Boston native, Elijah has over a decade of experience working with youth and families. His passion for community work began with No Books No Ball, a nonprofit basketball program where he mentored and provided resources to over 500 student-athletes annually. His dedication to youth development continued as a corps member with City Year Boston, where he supported young people and families in need.
Elijah holds a degree in management from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching basketball, and volunteering in his community.
