Chair Yoga - Mondays, 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Guided Meditation - Mondays , 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Yoga & Meditation - Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Zumba - Thursdays, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Yoga - Fridays, 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
