Workshop on BERDO Compliance for Condo and Co-op Associations

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The workshop will take place in-person on Thursday, November 5, 2026 | 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at 26 Court St. 

At this workshop, you'll: 

• Get a plain-language overview of BERDO requirements and what they mean for your building 

• Get hands-on practice with the Condo and Co-op Workbook using your building's actual information 

• Hear from peers about how other condo associations are navigating BERDO compliance 

• Have dedicated one-on-one time with City of Boston staff to look up your building's compliance status and get personalized guidance 

Who Should Attend: Condo trustees, co-op members, and property managers in BERDO-covered buildings. No technical expertise required.

WHAT IS BERDO? 

The Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO) requires large buildings in the City of Boston to report and progressively reduce their greenhouse gas emissions to reach net-zero by 2050.
