In-person help with applications for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program is available on Wednesdays, drop-in 9 a.m. -5 p.m.  Room 721, 7th floor.

For residents, who applied for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program, and were selected for a voucher, we are offering in-person help with document submission. Drop in between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. 

We can help you with submitting documents and answering any clarifying questions about the program. Once the submitted documents are verified, the vouchers are issued and valid for 90 days. The vouchers can be used towards purchase of a personal e-bike with a discount from one of the participating bike shops.
