Let's celebrate Charlestown's rich history with strength, spirit and community! This FREE, high-energy, full-body workout is designed for ages 15 and up and welcomes all fitness levels.
Led by certified instructor and Charlestown resident Tracy Callahan, this upbeat session will combine cardio, strength, and functional training to get your body moving— whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness fan.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and a mat, and be ready to move!
