ADA Day 2026
A celebration of the Americans with Disabilities Act
ADA Day is a yearly celebration of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The event is held in Boston every July around the anniversary of the ADA signing. This two hour lunchtime event includes a brief speaking program, disability resource fair, food, and fun! The event is for people of all ages to come together to celebrate disability community, access, inclusion, and rights.
Please note this year we will hold our celebration in a new location. Please join us at the newly renovated Copley Square Park!
This year's theme: Disability Community Revolutionaries
This year we will recognize revolutionary disability advocates of the past, present, and future! Join us to honor disability community revolutionaries who made Boston more accessible for people with disabilities in the past, and those working to make our future more inclusive.
Volunteer for ADA Day
Our annual ADA Day celebration is only possible thanks to the incredible energy and dedication of our volunteers. Want to be a part of making this day accessible, welcoming, and unforgettable for everyone? We’re looking for enthusiastic folks to help out in a variety of roles.
Whether you can spare a couple of hours or hang out with us all day, your time makes a massive difference in keeping Boston inclusive and connected.
