Youth Arts Project Facilitation

The City of Boston (“City”), acting by and through the Office of Human Services, (the "Official”), invites written proposals from interested and qualified consultants (Proposer), particularly set forth in the Request for Proposal documents titled “BCYF Youth Arts Project Facilitation.”

Documents may be obtained from the City’s purchasing website and Supplier Portal, (http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013853.

The City’s RFP is directed to interested and qualified consultants (Proposer) who are available to work from June 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.

All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP document. Requests for Proposals shall be filed no later than April 26, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

The Request for Proposal shall be available on or about March 22, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST until the proposal filing deadline.
