Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency

1.         Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the August 15, 2019  Meeting.

2. Request authorization to extend the License Agreement with the Massachusetts Port Authority for the continued use of approximately 33,417 square feet of land on Parcel C-2 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

3. Request authorization to execute a Lease Agreement with Mass. Iraq and Afghanistan Fallen Heroes Memorial Fund for use of 7,131 square feet for their principal office and incubator space for veteran entrepreneurs at 12 Channel Street, #603 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Massachusetts Port Authority concerning cost sharing for the roadway improvement project in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to advertise and issue a joint Request for Proposals for Parking Management Services for Boston Redevelopment Authority and Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston parking facilities for a term of two years, with three one-year options. 

6. Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Boston Department of Public Works for use of fuel and services provided by the Fleet Maintenance Unit.

7. Request authorization to execute any and all documents necessary for the purchase of 275 new personal computers from HIQ, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $191,125.00.

8. Request authorization to enter into a Consultant Services Contract with Gartner, Inc. for independent research services, in an amount not to exceed $95,354.00.
