Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency

1.  Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the September 13, 2018 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to enter into a contract with HUB Parking Technology USA, Inc. for the furnishing and installing of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System at the parking facilities located at the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in the approximate amount of $343,155.00.

3. Request authorization to enter in the third amendment to the contract with the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute to assist in the feasibility study of Career Pathways in the Creative Economy, in an amount not to exceed $8,000.00.

4. Request authorization to establish an Economic Development and Industrial Corporation’s Reserve Fund.
