    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS

    2.    Request authorization to enter into a contract with BCQ Integration, Inc. for Genetec Security Suite Management Services for properties owned by the EDIC for a contract term of 3 years and an annual contract amount of $180,000.
