Application for Building Portfolio from Donato Pizzuti for twelve (12) buildings located in the following neighborhoods of Allston, Brighton, Beacon Hill, Fenway, and the North End. This application was submitted via Pathway 2 and includes assembly, food sales & service, multifamily, and retail building uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance. Link to Application Materials
