    1. Vote to approve the plans for 400 and 402 Melnea Cass Boulevard in Roxbury, a.k.a NUBA, a.k.a. Parcel 8, which is adjacent to the Eliot Burying Ground. Chapter 281 of the Legislative Acts of 2014 requires the permanent protection of the northeast corner of the parcel as public parkland through a conservation restriction that shall be conveyed to the City of Boston, under the care and control of its Conservation Commission.
