The Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure (BERDO) Review Board will hold a public meeting on May 12 at 4:30 p.m.

Application for Building Portfolio from PowerOptions on behalf of Pine Street Inn for four (4) buildings in the neighborhoods of Jamaica Plain and South End. Application was submitted via Pathway 3 and includes lodging, healthcare, multifamily housing, and office building uses. Approval of this portfolio would enable a portfolio-level Blended Emissions Standard for emissions limits compliance. Link to Application Materials
