MINUTES
1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the April 10, 2025, Board Meeting.
LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT
2. Request authorization to extend the lease with the City of Boston Transportation Department for the use of Suite #105 at 12 Channel Street in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park for a term of five years, commencing July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2030, with one 5-year term renewal option.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS
3. Request authorization to issue an Invitation for Bids for the Inspection, Testing, Servicing, and Full Preventative Maintenance of Fire Alarm Equipment at 12 Channel Street and 12 Drydock Avenue in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, for a contract term of three years, with two 1-year term renewal options.
4. Request authorization to execute the contract renewal with Blackbaud for use of Financial Edge NXT software for twelve months, commencing May 7, 2025, and ending on May 6, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $60,129.72.
5. Request authorization to execute a contract with Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., for Engineering Design Services in connection with Streetscape Improvement Projects at the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $500,000.
6. Request authorization to execute a joint Architecture/Engineering Services contract with selected firms for House Doctor Architectural and Engineering Services on an “as needed” basis for EDIC-owned properties citywide, for a term of three years with 90-day extension options, and for a total combined contract amount not to exceed $1,800,000, with separate contracts for EDIC-owned and BRA-owned properties awarded.
