    1.    Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the November 16, 2023 Board Meeting.

    TENTATIVE/FINAL DESIGNATION/CONVEYANCE

    2.     Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of, and to continue lease negotiations with Eastern Salt Company, Inc. to facilitate the long-term lease and redevelopment of the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston-owned Parcel M located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park; and to take all related actions.

    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS

    3.     Request authorization to execute a design contract amendment with Studio Enee Inc. to provide additional design and construction-related services for the 12 Channel Street Stairwell Pressurization project in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $400,046.

    4.     Request authorization to (1) execute a general construction contract with G.V.W. Incorporated in the amount of $3,589,000; and (2) authorize a construction contingency in the amount of $358,900 for construction of the 12 Channel Street Stairwell Pressurization project in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    5.     Request authorization to award a contract to R.W.SULLIVAN P.C. as a licensed design consultant to produce a building systems assessment report for the 12 Channel Building in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park in an amount not to exceed $350,000.

    6.     Request authorization to clarify a previous vote of the Board and confirm that the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park shall continue to be known as the “Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park” in all respects.
