    On a joint petition by the City of Boston Public Works Department and the Boston Water & Sewer Commission for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Dorchester, consisting of curb realignment, roadway and sidewalk reconstruction, as well as new and relocated pedestrian ramps, specialty pavement, utility infrastructure, bioretention infrastructure, landscaping, and a raised crosswalk:

    Washington Street – at Talbot Avenue/Codman Square;

    Norfolk Street – at Epping Street/Whitfield Street;

    Talbot Avenue – at Washington Street/Codman Square;
