    • On a joint petition by the City of Boston Transportation Department and the City of Boston Public Works Department for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Roxbury and Dorchester, consisting of curb realignment, sidewalk and roadway reconstruction, as well as new and relocated median islands, pedestrian ramps, street lights, stormdrain infrastructure, protected bike lane infrastructure, and raised crosswalks:
      • Massachusetts Avenue – between Melnea Cass Boulevard and Columbia Road;
