Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency

1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the October 15, 2020 Meeting.

2.  Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center, Inc. and to amend and extend the interim license agreement with Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center, Inc. for the use of Berth 10 dock and the adjacent water sheet within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

3.    Request authorization to execute all documents in connection with the assignment of the Ground Lease with New Boston Seafood Center, Inc. dated January 10, 1997 to Marcus Partners; and, to exercise all documents to approve the terms and conditions of a new lease with Marcus Partners for use of 310 Northern Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

4.    Request authorization to execute a three year contract with DBI Waste Systems, Inc. for trash removal within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $108,900.00. 

5.    FY21 Quarter 1 Budget Update 

6.    Request authorization to establish the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston Board Designated Operations Reserve Fund for EDIC operations; and, to take all related actions.
