          VOTED:    “that, the Trustees Finance and Audit Committee of the Public Library of the City of Boston approve a contract in the amount of $10,000, with Susan Minichello, 60 Adams Street, Somerville, MA, to provide interim contracting services to the Library’s Communication Department.”

              Contract for Boston Public Library  FY21 Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending Program

                            VOTED: “that, the Trustees Finance and Audit Committee of the Public Library of the City of Boston be entered into contract with the Sprint Solutions, Inc., the most responsive and responsible bidder in a public Request for Proposal process, advertised under G.L. C. 30B, a contract for Boston Public Library Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending Program as specified during the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, at the proposal price, at a total cost not to exceed sixty two thousand, seventy three dollars and zero cents ($62,073.00). The Boston Public Library Evaluation Committee performed an evaluation of the proposals presented by four vendors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP), and through this process determined the proposal presented by Sprint Solutions, Inc. represented the best value for the Boston Public Library.”
