Mayor Wu announced a heat emergency in Boston from Sunday, June 22, through Tuesday, June 24. A number of splash pads and City pools are open, and select BCYF community centers will be open as cooling centers during the emergency.

    Please join the Boston Parks and Recreation Department for a community workshop to discuss upcoming playground upgrades. We are interested in hearing about desired improvements to better serve neighborhood families. 

    In the event of inclement weather the meeting will be held at the Boston Public Library – Adams Street Branch located at 690 Adams Street.
