Thadine Brown serves as the Director of the Community Preservation Act (CPA) Office, where she leads the implementation of the CPA grant fund in Boston. Under her leadership, the office has successfully completed more than six funding rounds, awarding over $230 million to support more than 300 projects across the city's neighborhoods.

She also played a key role as Campaign Treasurer for the “Yes for a Better Boston” ballot initiative, which led to the successful passage of the CPA in Boston with the support of 74% of Boston voters.
Thadine holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Long Island University and a Master's degree in Management from Emmanuel College. She is also an alumna of The Partnership, Inc., and has earned an Executive Certification from the Lewis Institute at Babson College. Additionally, she completed the Women Leading Change program at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education.
A passionate advocate for equity and community empowerment, Thadine believes that giving back and advocating for others is one of the most powerful ways to invest in yourself. She welcomes questions, ideas, and collaboration opportunities related to Community Preservation projects.
