     MOAC will share the forthcoming strategic framework, four-year action plan, and supporting memo with the Council once available.

    MOAC will prepare and share an updated FY27 grant timeline outlining anticipated funding opportunities, including the Boston Cultural Council, Boston Family Days, and other applicable grant programs.

     MOAC will explore incorporating Cultural Stabilization funding into the FY27 Boston Cultural Council grant program and assess potential adjustments to the grant timeline.

    MOAC will continue efforts to maximize FY27 BCC funding through mitigation funding, private philanthropy, and coordination with the Massachusetts Cultural Council.

    MOAC will provide the Council with an interim check-in prior to the August meeting as funding and grant planning progress.

     Samantha will share the recent grant review panel list for consideration as a potential resource for future board recruitment.

    Nicole will develop a board skills and representation matrix to help assess current membership, identify gaps, and inform future appointments.

    Board members will review current terms, representation, and recruitment needs in advance of the next meeting.

    The Council will continue discussion at the August meeting regarding FY27 grant planning, board composition, communications with the arts community, and long-term Council priorities.
