BCYF VENDING MACHINES

The City of Boston, acting through the Boston Centers for Youth and Families, 1583 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02120, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov.

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BCYF Vending Machines.

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, October 13, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, September 28, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.

The Boston Centers for Youth and Families (BCYF) is seeking a qualified vendor to install, operate, and maintain food and beverage vending machines throughout BCYF’s network of community centers. The awarded vendor will work closely with BCYF’s Operations team and other key City stakeholders to ensure these machines are well-maintained and that all products are compliant with the City’s healthy food and beverage standards.
