Community-based Collaboration Initiative formerly known as the “Save R Streets” and “Summer Activation” mini-grant program. The Community-based Collaboration Initiative (CBCI) is a summer-focused mini-grant program led by the Boston Public Health Commission’s (BPHC) Office of Violence Prevention (OVP).
Through this Initiative, OVP will fund one lead organization in each selected neighborhood to coordinate events and activities in partnership with other local organizations and resident groups.
