DOWNTOWN WATERFRONT LANDSCAPING & MAINTENANCE

The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning and Development Agency (“BPDA”) hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the BPDA Procurement Portal bostonplans.org/procurement/procurement-portal. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Downtown Waterfront Landscaping & Maintenance.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, March 5, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about February 17, 2026, after 9:00am, Boston time.
