ON-CALL REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES

The City of Boston, acting by the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above. 

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: On-Call Real Estate Brokerage Services.

Proposals must be submitted before 4:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Tuesday, February 17, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. 

One optional Bidders’ Conference will be held by video conference on March 2, 2026, 11:00 AM. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Applicants interested in the conference should register using this link: bit.ly/3-2-26-conference.
