COMMUNITY HUB SCHOOLS LEAD PARTNER

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Community Hub Schools Lead Partner

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, February 2, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. 

The district is looking for firms and CBO’s to serve as the “lead partner” for a Boston Community Hub School. In this role, they will: Place a staffer in the Lila G. Frederick school to help operate the program Directly provide services through their own organization Coordinate the work of other partner organizations to provide a full suite of integrated services for our learners.
