INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE EXAM FEES AND MATERIALS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND ANNUAL FEES

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02119. hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above. 

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: IFB - IB Exam, Annual, PD, and Fee. 

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, January 12, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. 

Boston Public Schools is seeking to contract with a supplier that can provide International Baccalaureate programs, exam fees and materials, and annual fees for grades K-12 during the 2025–2028 school year. The services will support our three IB schools: Snowden International High School, Josiah Quincy Elementary School, and Josiah Quincy Upper School.
