VOTED: "that, the Finance and Audit Committee of the Public Library of the City of Boston recommend to approve a contract with The Catered Affair, 70 Ledgewood Place, Rockland, MA 02370 for a term of five years beginning August 2026, contingent on successful contract negotiations.”

B.    Bridge to McKim Owners Project Manager contract 

VOTED: "that, the Finance and Audit Committee of the Public Library of the City of Boston recommend to approve a contract with Accenture I & CP of 888 Boylston St., Suite 1300, Boston, MA 02199 a three-year contract not to exceed two million one hundred seventy-seven thousand two hundred dollars and zero cents ($2,177,200.00).”
