GYMNASIUM SERVICE AT VARIOUS BOSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project, subject to the applicable provisions of the law, including, without limitation, Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled “Gymnasium Service at various Boston Public School.”  

The City intends to award up to 1 (one) contract to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest price.

PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Electronic copies are available November 5, 2025, after 12:00 PM. Please request via email at bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org

GENERAL BIDS shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before 12:00 PM (Boston time) on November 20, 2025, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted.

GENERAL BIDS will be valid only when accompanied by, (1) Bid Response Form, (2) 5% Bid Bond Form, (3) Form for General Bid.

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.
