RESILIENT MARIO UMANA ACADEMY PROJECT

 The City of Boston, acting by the Office of Climate Resilience, 1 City Hall Square, Room 709, Boston, MA 02203 , hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites RFPs for the project listed above. 

The City of Boston, acting through the Office of Climate Resilience, seeks a qualified consulting team with expertise in park/landscape design, coastal resilience infrastructure design, wetland ecology, stormwater management, and community engagement, for a coastal resilience project at the Mario Umana Academy located at 312 Border Street, Boston, MA 02128. Given the nature of this project, landscape architecture and engineering experience in Boston and the Commonwealth is essential for the consultant team. 

RFPs will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All RFPs for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Resilient Mario Umana Academy Project, EV00016660

All bids shall be submitted before 4:00 P.M. EST, Monday, December 1st, 2025, and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 9:30 A.M. Boston Eastern time
