FOR THE OPERATION OF CAFE AT 1010 MASSACHUSETTS AVE

The City of Boston ("The City"), acting by its commissioner ("The Official"), requests proposals for the services and/or supplies described above, as particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals, which may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event EV00016601 beginning Monday, October 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

The City is seeking proposals that reflect the professional management abilities of a vendor who can meet the goals to provide retail foodservice set forth within this RFP. Interested and qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals, which convey their commitment to providing a high-quality food and beverage service.  

The City has arranged two site visits for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., and Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., for interested foodservice operators to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be leased and operated at 1010 Mass Ave., Boston, MA.

Bids can be filed electronically before 2:00 P.M. on December 4, 2025 at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 2:00 P.M. on December 4, 2025
