HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing which was held on October 9, 2025.

PHC 1.  On a petition by Lubavitch of Cambridge Inc. for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Roxbury, consisting of curb, sidewalk, and pedestrian ramp reconstruction with structural soil, as well as new and relocated specialty pavement, street lighting infrastructure, street trees, and driveway curb cuts:
