Hyde Park: 24, 26, 28 Williams Avenue Abutters Meeting

Subdivide the existing lot at 26 Williams Avenue (PID: 1810605000, ALT 1772150) into three separate lots consisting of: 24 Williams Avenue (3,178 square feet), 26 Williams Avenue (10,719 square feet), and 28 Williams Avenue (4,575 square feet). Companion applications are ERT1775931 and ERT1775935. At 24 Williams Avenue, construct proposed two-family dwelling on new 3,178 square foot lot. At 28 Williams Avenue, construct proposed two-family dwelling on new 4,575 square foot lot.
