ASSESSMENT/ EVALUATION MATERIALS FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Boston Public Schools (BPS) Superintendent, is seeking vendors to provide assessment and evaluation materials, either electronically or paper based, for students with disabilities. Materials should be available in multiple languages to support our linguistically and culturally diverse student population. Materials are used to evaluate students for necessary services and then make recommendations and assist with goal setting for IEPs.

 

Proposals will be submitted through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

The RFP will be available on the City’s procurement website and Supplier Portal via boston.gov/procurement on or after 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, 10/14/2025 and will remain available until the date and time of the opening of proposals. 

Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, 10/28/2025, and open forthwith following State and City procurement practices.

If submitting via paper, proposals shall be submitted in sealed, clearly labeled envelopes on or before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, 10/28/2025, to Lisa Moore, Procurement Partner, Business Services, Finance Department, 4th Floor, Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston MA 02119.
