BOSTON COMMON BEER GARDEN RFP 2026

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for the performance of the services generally described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents. The Documents shall be available at the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, 3 rd. floor, Boston MA 02118 Monday, October 6, 2025. The proposal is also available on the City of Boston website: procurement.boston.gov/psp/prdsp/SUPPLIER/ERP/h/?tab=DEFAULT

This contract is procured under the provision of Chapter 30b section 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Completed documents must be submitted as follows: Three (3) copies of the Non-Price Proposal must be submitted in an envelope(s) labeled “Boston Common Beer Garden RFP 2026- Non-Price Proposal”.  One (1) signed original of the Price Proposal must be submitted in a separate envelope labeled “Boston Common Beer Garden RFP 2026 – Price Proposal”. Both the Non-Price Proposal and the Price Proposal must be submitted no later than 12pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
