Sweat Crawl
Join the Mayor's Office of Woman's Advancement for a morning of exercise and activity at our Sweat Crawl on Saturday, September 13, at the Boston Civic Pavillion!
The clinic will run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with each session lasting around 30 minutes and 10 minute rest periods. Individuals should only get tickets for the sessions they wish to participate in, and if someone is interested in multiple sessions, they will have to sign up for each event separately.
MOWA is proud to be partnering with Body is a Sport, Rev’d, Marlene| Leela Yoga + Wellness, Traci Nicole Fit, TrailblazHers Run Co. and V!Healthy to provide women with an opportunity to get active. The schedule of the event is as follows:

Yoga by Marlene Boyette (9:00 - 10:00 a.m.): Ground, Flow and Vibe w/ Marlene Ground your energy. Flow with intention. Vibe high. This immersive kickoff blends breath, movement, and sound to awaken your body, soften your heart, and realign your whole being. Think of it as your pre-game glow up, from the inside out.

Traci Nicole Fit (10:15 - 10:45 a.m.): Our Bootcamp class is a high-energy, positive environment where you’re encouraged to show up as your best self and leave even stronger. Each session is packed with dynamic HIIT workouts and powerful routines designed to challenge your limits, boost endurance, and build full-body strength. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or taking your fitness to the Next Level! Total Body Burn class is all about pushing past what you thought was possible. And we do it together AS A TEAM.

Rev’d (11:00 - 11:30 a.m.): Be one of the first in Boston to try the BRAND-NEW workout from the team at Rev’d! Rev’d-X is a full-body workout designed to challenge your endurance and power. Through a series of bodyweight exercises you’ll push past your boundaries, improve your fitness, and achieve new personal bests.

TrailblazHers Run Co. (11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.): A walk, but make it TBZH vibes! Choose a leisurely stroll or a heart-pumping speed walk, both led by our pacers. Expect good music, good energy, and real connection through movement.

Body is a Sport (12:30 - 1:00 p.m.): The Toner Method by Body Is A Sport. We’re breaking down 7 real ways to age strong—from hydration to strength training. No serums, no secrets—just sweat, science, and strategy. It’s the only toner that gives you tone and longevity. Please bring journal for note taking.
Refreshments from will be offered through V!Healthy in our last session, Body is a Sport from 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.. All refreshments are first come first serve.
