Roxbury: 33 Shirley Street Abutters Meeting

The Shirley Eustis House Association, established in 1913, seeks to secure an alteration permit to legalize the occupancy change for the existing mansion from a one-family home to a museum with an office and personal quarters (apartment). Also seeks to create a certificate of inspection for assembly use of the museum (occupant load to be less than 50 people) and upgrade life safety systems to address violation notice V668120.
